Mark is very easy to work with. They have competitive labor rates. I had an uneven breaking issue. They installed the parts I explained that I wanted replaced the breaking was pulling to one side. The new parts enhanced the uneven breaking, which they discovered was a sticky valve in the abs pump. This was my first time visiting the shop, with what turned out to be a major AC issue! Mark was great at explaining the issue, sent me videos and photos of the issue as well as photos of my car while the work was being done! You can’t as for much more, transparency is key! This is definitely the best shop I’ve ever dealt with. I have 07 Nissan Titan that had electrical issues and the truck was down for several months at few shops in PSL with no progress.
